ToolScope runs on WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger. This page describes the website’s current setup.
Newsletter signup
Joining the ToolScope newsletter is optional. If you enter your email address and tick the consent box, we store your email address, consent response, and submission details in our WordPress database using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo. We use newsletter subscriptions for ToolScope newsletters and tool updates. Signup does not send an automatic email. You can request removal from the list at any time through our contact page.
Contact messages
The contact form collects the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. Contact Form 7 sends these details to the site administrator by email so ToolScope can review and respond to your enquiry. Flamingo also stores form submissions in our WordPress database. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. You can use the contact page to ask about your submitted information.
Hosting and technical data
Hosting and WordPress services may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Signed-in administrators use WordPress authentication cookies. See Hostinger’s privacy policy for its practices. Tool logos and website icons may load from external image providers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser information.

Links to tool providers take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. Provider links are currently direct links. If affiliate tracking or other services are added, this information will be updated.
